The founder and visionary of The Kalpana Group, he is a Chartered Accountant aged 54 years is chief executive and partner of M/S Kalpana Industries manages the overall group operations.

Ms Devanshi Gadia

Director Finance​

Daughter of Mr Kapil Gadia is a chartered accountant and ACCA(U.K.) and IIM –Ahmedabad alumni aged 26 years is Director Finance at M/s Kalpana Industries

Ms Prerna Gadia

CTO

Daughter of Mr Kapil Gadia aged 23 years holds a Masters Degree in Global Business from S.P.Jain school Of Global Management and is presently overlooking the diversification and management of day to day operations of the group.

Ms Yukta Gadia​

CTO

Daughter of Mr Kapil Gadia aged 20 years has completed B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from Herriot Watt University, UK (Dubai Campus). Overlooking the technical aspects related to manufacturing and product performance.
